MAPLE GLAZED CARROTS
  • 1 pound fresh carrots, peeled and cut into pennies.
  • 1/4 cup Maine maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cook carrots until tender in boiling water, then drain. Dot with butter, then drizzle maple syrup over the carrots. Add salt and pepper.
