Breakneck Ridge Farm Cook Book
  • 2 lbs. boneless steak
  • 3 Tbs. flour
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 8 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt & pepper to taste

Cut steak into thin strips. Dip in flour and brown in a small amount of olive oil. Add onions, mushrooms, soup and seasoning, cook on low heat until tender. Add sour cream and heat through. Serve over noodles, or mashed potatoes.
